2018 International Conference on Mechanical, Electric and Industrial Engineering (MEIE2018) accepts original and unpublished papers. Please submit your papers as the following instructions:

   Please format your papers in accordance with the template. Manuscript length should be within 4-7 pages. Extra pages will incur additional charges (400 RMB or 65 USD per page). More information can be found on the Registration form, where the payment for these would be made.
2. Please submit your papers via the submission system. Online submit: Paper Submit

   Note: The submitted manuscript must be original and unpublished.
      No refunds will be made for academic misconduct at any time.
3. The manuscripts should be in English and in Microsoft Word file format.

5. Paper Selection and Publishing Process.
   1. Submission Acknowledgement When you submit a manuscript, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within one to three working days. If you fail to receive this confirmation, please check your bulk email box or contact the editorial assistant by email: sec_zheng@icmeie.com.
   2. Basic Review The editor or editorial assistant determines whether the manuscript fits the conference's focus and scope. Next a check for the similarity rate is done using CrossCheck, powered by iThenticate. Any manuscripts out of the conference's scope or containing plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, are rejected.
   3. Peer Review We use a double-blind system for peer review; both reviewers' and authors' identities remain anonymous. The submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least two experts: one editorial staff member as well as one to three external reviewers. The review process may take about 1 month.
   4. Decision Is Made The decision to accept or reject an article is based on the suggestions of reviewers. If differences of opinion occur between reviewers, the editor-in-chief will weigh all comments and arrive at a balanced decision based on all comments, or a second round of peer review may be initiated.
   5. Notification of the Result of Review The result of review will be sent to the corresponding author through email.
   6. Registration Fee Is Paid If the submission is accepted, the authors revise paper and pay the registration fee.
   7. E-copy Proceedings Are Mailed After publication, one E-copy of the conference proceeding will be sent to the corresponding author. If you want more copies, please order at sec_zheng@icmeie.com .
   8. Publication Notice The authors and readers will be notified and invited to visit our website for the newly published articles.
