Ultra Precision Measurement and Instrumentation Technology
The current high-end equipment manufacturing has evolved from a single manufacturing field dominated by traditional machinery, electronics, optics, etc., to a comprehensive and complex industrial system with innovation aggregation, information integration, and intelligent empowerment in multiple fields. Ultra precision measurement and instrument technology is the technological foundation and important cornerstone for the development of high-end manufacturing, and plays a decisive role in quality control throughout the manufacturing process, and is an important driving force for the development of modern industries, scientific research, healthcare, and environmental protection. This special session will provide an international exchange platform for precision measurement, high-precision intelligent manufacturing systems, high-end precision equipment, ultra precision measurement and instrument technology, etc., to promote sharing, exchange and cooperation among scholars and between scholars and enterprises.
