MEIE 2025 welcomes articles and presentations on intelligent Manufacturing, Industrial Internet, Intelligent Machines, Intelligent Manufacturing Systems, Semiconductor Devices, Optical Ultra-Precision Manufacturing, Photoelectric Sensors, or other topics of Mechanical, Electric, and Industrial Engineering, to bridge the research community and practitioners in industry.  The conference particularly invites and encourages prospective authors to share their recent research work, findings, perspectives, and developments related to the above-mentioned topics.
